From first conversation to a landscape with a future.
In-Person Consultation
Our first visit is a thoughtful working meeting focused on your lifestyle, priorities, and the possibilities of the site. The consultation fee is $100. If we agree to move forward, a design agreement is presented at the end of the meeting.
Site Inventory & Analysis
Often beginning the same day, we assemble an accurate base map using available surveys, property records, aerial imagery, and online sources—then verify relevant conditions on site. We study existing vegetation, architecture, hardscape, drainage, sun, wind, privacy, views, and movement through the property.
Concept Design
We present a clear initial direction for the landscape, supported by imagery, material ideas, and a preliminary plant palette. Variations are explored where they meaningfully improve the decision.
Collaboration & Refinement
Your response helps shape the next round. We refine the layout, resolve details, and bring the strongest ideas into a cohesive plan that feels specific to you and the property.
Master Plan
You receive a detailed master plan and the supporting deliverables defined in your design agreement. Plant selections, hardscape, lighting, irrigation, installation estimating, phasing, and review-board assistance are included when appropriate to the project scope.
